My expertise is taking a 3D print project from start to the finished construction. This involves:
- Client conversations, framing timeline, vision/ambition for project and budgeting
- Putting together the right team from my network - depending on scale/complexity of the project
- Designing 3D model
- (Visualizing the project in 3D/VR)
- Windows, doors, foundation, technical installations etc. are part of the 3D model
- Fine tune 3D model - with millimeter precision for fabrication/printing
- Collaborating with engineers, specialized in 3D printing
- Analyze print file for material use, total print time, machine/material setup etc.
- Managing the machine, material, pump while printing on/off site
As I have years of experience with large scale 3D printing, I am familiar with the whole construction process, and can develop the project from start to finish, in order to reduce margins of error and save time - this is especially important in pilot projects.
